2. Digital Product Nature
All items sold are digital downloads – no physical products will be shipped.
Delivery & Access:
- Files are available immediately after payment in your personal account private area called “Your Digital Wardrobe” – log in using the email and password used at checkout.
- A download link is also sent automatically to your email.
Please make sure you have access to a printer or a printing service if needed, as these are PDF patterns for home or professional printing.
3. Purchases & Refunds
All sales are final, in accordance with Article 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Law (LGDCU) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
By purchasing, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- No refunds or exchanges are available once the purchase has been completed, even if the product has not been downloaded or used.
- Please read the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate billing information.
- Understand that these are digital products requiring access to a device and, in some cases, a printer. We do not provide printing services or guarantee compatibility with specific devices or apps.
6. Order Process
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or Klarna.
- After payment, your files are delivered via:
- Your private “Digital Wardrobe” area
- Automatic email with download link
